Opening Reception: Friday April 21st at 5PM
Slow fashion is about reducing textile waste, loving and caring for our clothes, and finding ways to make them say who we are and what we believe in.
The Sunshine Coast Arts Council is delighted to partner with FibreWorks Society in presenting the second year of “Slow Fashion + Climate Action”. This exhibition showcases local artists’ work, that focuses on developing practical up-cycling and repurposing techniques applied to clothing and textiles.
This project is made possible by funding through the Sunshine Coast Foundation.
