The title of my exhibition can relate to geographical and cultural as well as political aspects of my background. But where I really am coming from, in art especially, is from within. Abstract painting helps to express my state of mind in a very individual way. Red color in each of my paintings, even when applied as a little dot, represents the driving power of emotions.
