“Blue Plate Special” is a band of many colours , playing everything from originals to Reggae to old time Americana , from Cajun to Traditional Blues music from Chicago to the Delta of the Mississippi. You’re never quite sure what you will hear from this eclectic group….nor can you be sure of who will be playing and what instruments will be involved. The band uses accordion , tenor guitar, guitars, harmonica, several types of ukulele , banjo , resophonic guitar , fiddle, bass and drums …depending on the show and the disposition of the players. What you will hear… is a fine mix of music from some of the best musicians on the Coast….and what is guaranteed is that you will have a good time.
