Inspired by their passion to create, artist John Down and musician Joe Guiliano founded Christopher Norman Chocolates in 1992, in New York City.

Mr. Down has lectured on chocolate and art at the Smithsonian Museum in Washington, taught packaging design in Tokyo, and has appeared on all the major television networks in the U. S. and Canada. He has been a guest on Martha Stewart, Anthony Brisbane, and Vicki Gabereau television shows. Mr. Guiliano was recently featured on the cover of Business Week: Small Biz magazine. Christopher Norman Chocolates have been featured in The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Seattle Post Intelligencer, Washington Post, Newsweek, Toronto’s Saturday Night, Food and Wine, and Bon Appetit.
