Donna Stark has graduated with both a diploma of Applied Arts in Textiles at Sheridan School of Design in Mississauga, Ontario and a diploma in Fashion Design at School of Fashion & Knits in Oakville, Ontario. Her line Opulence Art Wear consists of hand painted garments accessories that are inspired by nature through her use of colours and textures. Her passion for design and colour are transpired onto a high quality white silk through her technique in hand painting with fibre reactive dyes. Being a graduate in weaving and dying, Donna creates a beautiful textual line of hand dyed yarns and merino wool, to create her hand felted scarves and shawls into her hand dyed silks.
