This exhibition is open to all paid-up members of the Sunshine Coast Arts Council. Membership renewal can be made during intake day. New members are always welcome.

The intake day for the Friends of the Gallery submission is Sunday, December 31st, 2017,
from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Sunshine Coast Arts Centre.
Please submit a single piece of your own work created in 2017.
REMINDER: In the interests of providing better placement, and more room for each artist, MAXIMUM SIZE FOR ANY WORK IS 24” x 36” (including frame) Any work larger than 24” x 36” will be refused.
The opening reception for Friends of the Gallery Exhibition is from 2:00 – 4:00pm on Sunday, January 7, 2018. Please bring savory or sweet finger food to share. This is a community gallery and we appreciate your help in making a contribution to the reception table.
PLEASE NOTE: You may also send your piece with a friend on Sunday, December 31st intake day.
If you can’t get your work to the Gallery on December 31st because of weather, illness or other emergencies, you must telephone or email by Sunday, December 31st before 12.30 pm to reserve a place on the wall or on a plinth for your work. If we do not hear from you, you will not be able to show your work. There will be no exceptions.
Please fill out the submission form (on the reverse of this page) and bring it with you on Sunday, December 31st, 2017, between 10:00 am and 12:30 pm.
You will be required to pick up, or have someone else pick up, your artwork on Monday Jan, 29th, from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. The gallery will be closed at 4:00pm.
