Originally from Vancouver, I have been living and making art on the Sunshine Coast for close to 20 years. The artwork I create is an investigation. I experiment with various materials and techniques, staying open to possibilities as the work develops.
Whether I’m working with representational or non-representational imagery, I’m inspired by the challenges of composition, and the exploration of differing mediums, colours, textures and tonal values.
I find pleasure in the process of transforming my ideas and feelings into visual work and I invite the viewer to participate in and hopefully enjoy my inquiries.
