Patricia is a craft artist originally from the province of Quebec. After studying briefly in arts, philosophy, anthropology and music, Patricia decides to travel to the Rockies in ’96. After working for the summer season she heads for the west coast of British Columbia. Her interest in arts pushes her to create her own line of eclectic jewellery and home décor items.
She started with doing mainly silver wirework and beadwork. After living for 8 years on the Sunshine Coast, among beautiful forests, mountains and close to the ocean, a world of enchantment tickled her imagination. A few years later after leaving the coast, Patricia discovered the spontaneous nature of polymer clay making the ideal medium for new woodland clay/gem pendants to emerge.
More recently, she started incorporating metal clay turning her woodland creations to silver or copper which she finds very exciting and satisfying.
Patricia’s Eclectic designs are mostly inspired by elements and motifs found in nature and also from different traditional art from around the world. Her creations are all unique and one-of-a-kind whether it is a jewellery piece to adorn yourself or something to brighten up your home.
