Coinciding with Sunshine Coast Pride, this group exhibition showcases the diverse talents and skills of eight LGBTQ artists on the Sunshine Coast.

By showcasing queer artists as part of Pride events on the Sunshine Coast, we want to celebrate with the community at large the achievements of LGBTQ artists, especially of those in our midst, and to foster dialogue, empathy and understanding by connecting communities through artistic expression.

The artists in this exhibition represent a diverse group of established artists producing superior work in a variety of media: Morley Baker (acrylics), Craig Cochrane (photography), Sandra Corbett (wood), Kim Hadley (natural materials), Marilyn Marshall (acrylics), Lore Schmidts (oils/mixed media), Shey Smith (ceramics), Janet Tufnall (fibre).
