Ken McBride moved his family to the Sunshine Coast B.C. to pursue his love of music and to enjoy the unspoiled beauty that nature offers the residents of the Coast.
He enjoyed playing and singing in his bands, while working on other musicians’ ailing guitars, as the “Guitar Doctor.”
Ken decided to become a solo artist, and was compelled to write music that came from his very soul. He is an avid environmentalist and his songs convey his love and concern for the planet that we live on. The CD “Tone” conveys Ken’s deep relationship with our beautiful home, Earth. His songs are inspirational, and uplifting. The lyrics seem to stay in your head, and you might find yourself spontaneously humming the tunes from “Tone”.
