As a watercolour artist, I strive to make use of the delicate and translucent nature of this medium to render landscape, floral and architectural images. I have worked in watercolours for most of my life and am an active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists. As a naturalist and avid outdoors enthusiast, I am deeply connected to the stunning landscape of British Columbia and Canada. Where possible, I work ‘en plein air’, often hiking to remote areas. The beauty of our natural surroundings has always been a source of inspiration for me. Many opportunities to travel and live in other countries have provided me with further motifs and my work covers a vast range of location.
